The origins of our firm extend back to 1984 when Dan Dieck founded his firm. Over the next three decades, Mr. Dieck and his team of executive search consultants, operating out of an office in the Green Bay Wisconsin area, developed a high degree of loyalty among customers, which included private, medium size, first stage and Fortune 500 companies. This loyalty was due to “three keys to success” still practiced by the firm:

In 2010, Mr. Dieck met Jeff Ketchum, the CEO of Lordstone Corporation, through a mutual connection, Dave Knutson, a CEO search partner and mentor to Jeff Ketchum. Jeff began collaborating with Dan Dieck on projects such as the SVP of Marine Operations for a publicly traded, global hospitality company.
In 2018 Dan Dieck retired from his executive search practice to Southwest Florida, where his days are now filled with golf, fishing, good food and travel. Lordstone Corporation subsequently purchased Dieck Executive Search, Inc of Madison, WI and The Dieck Group, formally of Shawano, WI from Mr. Dieck that same year. Mr. Dieck continues to serve on an advisory basis to Dieck Executive Search, Inc. on high level searches or when needed.
Dieck Executive Search, Inc. is now led by Jeff Ketchum, President and supported by a team of executive recruiters, executive researchers, and administrative personnel. Today Dieck Executive Search, Inc. still continues to uphold the “three keys to success” and focuses on the same markets Mr. Dieck and his team served for many decades. The firm operates from offices located in the Park Bank Plaza in Madison, WI and serves clients nationally.
